- Delivery by the carrier is always from Monday through Friday only
- Delivery date coordinated by phone: the carrier will call you to ask when it is most convenient for you. (Time window: 8 hours)
- Delivery “to the curb”: Transport to the destination and disposal of the packaging and pallet are the customer's responsibility.
Make sure that your address is accessible to a 12-ton truck. We ask for your understanding that we must pass on to you any costs incurred if the premises are not accessible to vehicles.
Premium freight carrier
- Cost: €5.95 – free delivery for orders valued at €99 or more
- Delivery usually within 8–10 business days after shipping
- Delivery date coordinated by phone: you will receive an email from the carrier asking when it is most convenient for you. (Time window: 8 hours with notification 1 hour in advance)
- Delivery “free delivered to destination”: Transport to the destination is provided by the carrier.
Please note: Goods that can be shipped as parcels – including bulky goods – are generally shipped as a partial delivery via DHL, since smaller items may be damaged or lost by the carrier.
