My discount code isn’t accepted. Why is that?
Please note that our discount codes are generally subject to terms and conditions. These may include a minimum order value or a limited validity period, for example. Discount codes cannot be used in combination with gift cards and are not valid on books. In addition, the following brands or collections are excluded from discounts: Bolia, ClassiCon, Emu, Fermob, Fiam, Foscarini, Grythyttan Stålmöbler, Höfats, HOUE, Jacob Jensen, Jan Kurtz, Kartell, Louis Poulsen, Moooi, Nardi, Nanimarquina, Pedestal, Stapelstein®, Smeg, String Furniture, Thonet, Vitra, and Zuiver.
The discount code may not be shared publicly or used commercially. Please also note that a maximum of one discount code can be used at a time. It is therefore not possible to combine or use multiple codes in combination with other discounts. The discount code can only be used once per customer. Cash payment is not possible.
Discount codes can only be applied when placing an order. It is not possible to apply the discount afterward to an invoice. Discount codes also become invalid if, after a return, the terms and conditions are no longer met (e.g., the minimum order value). The discount code may not be published or used commercially in any other way. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the decision.
