We currently offer the following payment methods in our online store. Please note that the available payment methods may vary by country:
iDEAL
With iDEAL, you can pay securely and quickly. This payment method is based on online banking and works similarly to a bank transfer. You pay in the familiar online environment of your own bank. All payment details are already filled in, and the payment is processed immediately.
Bancontact
You can use this secure payment method if you are a customer of one of the twenty banks that support Bancontact.
Klarna
With Klarna, you benefit from extra flexibility when paying. Simply choose this payment method during the checkout process. You need a Klarna account or must create an account and verify your identity.
PayPal
Do you have a PayPal account? Then you can easily complete your payment through PayPal. The payment is authorized online immediately, so you know right away whether it was successful.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
Have your credit card ready for the payment. You need your credit card number, expiration date, and CID/CVC security code. You can find this three-digit code on the back of your credit card.
EPS
The eps transfer is a secure, convenient, and fast payment method for online purchases and e-Government services in Austria. This payment method combines the benefits of a traditional bank transfer with the efficiency and security of online banking, without sharing sensitive data with the online store.
Payment in advance (bank transfer)
When paying by bank transfer, you will automatically receive an email with all the necessary details for your transfer after completing your order.
As soon as we have received your payment in our account, your order will be shipped as soon as possible, provided the items are in stock. A bank transfer within Germany usually takes 1–2 business days, and international transfers take approximately 4–5 business days.
Please note that the reservation of your items expires after 10 days if we have not received your payment by then.
Items that are not in stock will only be ordered from our supplier after we have received your payment.
