You can easily request a return via the withdrawal button in our online store.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the items to us undamaged and preferably in the original packaging.
Please note that returning your order is not free of charge and that we charge fees for both parcel and freight returns. These fees are currently €5 for returns per parcel (including large parcels), or €75 (within Germany), €150 (within the EU), and CHF 200 for returns from Switzerland for freight items.
For orders that have already been paid, the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. For orders that have not yet been paid (e.g., payment by invoice), you will receive a separate invoice after your return has been processed.
