In principle, you have 60 days to withdraw from your purchase and return your order to us.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, please return the items to us undamaged and preferably in their original packaging.
Please note that returning your order is not free of charge and that we charge fees for both parcel and freight returns. These currently amount to €5 for parcel returns (including large parcels), or €75 (within Germany) or €150 (within the EU) for returns of freight items.
